bought one of these for myself and one for my mom. they don't fit snug on my ear. when you move your head too quick it falls off. i know i have small ears, but in order to keep it on, i have to shove the ear part into my ear. since there is no ear piece and nothing sticking out it pinches and makes my ear sore. My mom is having the same problem. I would return them but she already took hers home to another state when she left after Thanksgiving and i didn't keep the packaging :-(

The Motorola H720 is one of the best headsets on the market. Very comfortable on the ears and most important for me is the quality of the sound. Crystal clear reception. I travel the Tri-State area in and out of cities and mountainsides, NEVER a problem. I totally recommend the H720. You can't go wrong !!!!
